Walker Fuller

Walker Fuller is Three Ships’ Chief Financial Officer. He leads strategic finance and accounting for Three Ships, including acquisition strategy, portfolio assessments, and financial planning.

As Chief Financial Officer, Walker has increased the rigor and sophistication of our financial processes. One distinctive contribution is the creation of our business operations team. Members of this team have joined Three Ships from banking, consulting, and private equity. They dive into tough analytically-driven problems and work with operators to make a difference. More than a half dozen alums of this are C-level or General Manager leaders in our businesses today.

Prior to moving cross-country to join the Three Ships Partner team, Walker was Vice President at Serent Capital in San Francisco, CA. Before joining Serent, Walker was an investor at River Cities Capital and Pamlico Capital. At all three investing firms, he backed high growth technology businesses. Walker is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also received his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife and two children.
